Common theme of less than bare minimum maintenance and negligence, even after being notified of safety concerns etc. The amenities advertised are very often closed or only available during office hours, which is also closed regularly. Last year Facia began separating off of carports, soffit material hanging from the overhead walkway as pictured ( also have emails and dates) Neither issue was addressed for months until objects had already begun falling to the ground around our cars.
They finally got around to installing new lights around the property which was a nice improvement. Unfortunately only of the 2 new lights in my entryway work and all of the debris was just left on the ground outside my door. After a week and three separate requests for them to simply pick up the nails, sawdust, and glass that was left behind I am beyond frustrated by the lack of professionalism. I had higher expectations being that this place isn’t a cheap place to stay. Thought others may like to know the type of establishment they are running here before signing a contract. Good luck!

Update: I’ve been here for almost a year and I still love it. Whenever I put in a maintenance request, they respond that very day or the next day. The property staff are all amazing & the community here is great.

Recently moved in & so far I love it so much here. I know there are families with kids here, but it’s so quiet you can’t even tell. Parking is what you’d expect at apartments, but I never have to worry about not finding a spot even when returning home late. The apartment itself is nice and very spacious. No complaints here.

I have been living here happily. They have good amenities like pool, club house, covered parking, BBQ etc. Any maintenance issues are promptly addressed. Great team.

This apartment is awesome, came home to a box of valentines goodies. And they always on time and respond to all my request. Sadly we are moving out because it’s a bit pricey but I’d recommend to anyone

Moving out tomorrow after a one year stay in their 3 bedroom. I travel full time, so primary reason to rent a larger apartment was for my last kid that was still living with me (very young adult), for her to gain a credit history and help her till she could get her very first place. We wanted the extra room for guests and when my other children came to visit. And we moved from a large home in the country in Orting after my divorce and I sold my home to downsize. All our needs were met, we had a good year here. Mostly quiet and well behaved children and pets reside here. The highway traffic never bothered me on my side. Nice people (those whom I met) My favorites were Haley (now promoted and working with a sister complex) whom took most my calls and was always pleasant. Now Kayla seems to have answered all my questions preparing for my move. She is off to a great start with CH. My other long time favorite is our lead maintenance man! Always quick to respond and took care of everything 2 single girls needed. I'm terrible at filling out online forms, so he came anyways when I called. The few times I got to enjoy some pool time this summer....made me wish I could stay and do that some more! I should have spent more time in their recreational facilities when I was home from my trips. Anyways...hope the good service continues for all others. Was a great experience for my daughter and myself. Last one out of the nest, now time for me to live on the road full time as I have been working towards!

Ashley is one of the best managers I’ve toured with. No pressure answered all my questions, very friendly and easy to talk to. The apartments are beautiful( especially the renovated ones) and the prices are not too bad. The amenities are a plus too.
