Unfortunately, we’ve had nothing but bad experiences with Dino and his team. I would not trust your home to him. As a property manager, we hope that they can maintain the property in good condition. Unfortunately they had difficulty doing that. There were issues with pests, erosion, and electrical that posed safety concerns that we discovered ourselves. Would not recommend using their services.

Dino and his staff at Avia Properties have been managing our rental property in San Mateo for 3.5 years. It’s a small property, and Dino was kind enough to take us on even though he already had a long list of clients. He has found us two outstanding tenants since we first began working with him, and made the whole process very painless for us. He is always very prompt over email or by phone, and is very knowledgeable about ins and outs of renting, repairing, and maintaining properties. Before we hired Dino, we managed the property ourselves, and it is definitely a relief to have someone we trust step into our shoes and do such a wonderful job.
