Jan should consider another career with no public contact. Very arrogant and unprofessional! Her team Lost a rental and million dollar+ listing (purchase) as I went elsewhere with a true real estate professional. Any real business professional/entrepreneur understands the importance of referrals & customer service. Customer is King. Get your act together Aviara. Poor treatment of a customer is a direct reflection of the leadership running this place. What a joke...

Darren Humphrey with Aviara Real Estate is the best realtor I’ve ever used. Full service! He sold two homes for us and helped us buy a new home. He handled everything from sprucing up our houses, staging, showing, negotiating and getting the best price for our properties. He also helped us purchase a new home and handled all aspects - he was a better inspector then the ones hired by the seller to do the job. He still provides referrals and has helped us get all the details of the house worked out. He’s always there and responds very quick. Couldn’t recommend a better realtor.

Kelli and Craig were so very helpful in completing our sale. From day 1 and continuing throughout the process. Both went beyond what is expected of a realtor I imagine to close our transaction. Cannot say it loud enough or too many times, if you want an incredibly positive and easy experience buying a home, Kevin and his team are the people for you! Change has never been easy for me but Kevin reminded me every single step through this big change, that it was the right change at the right time for the right reasons!
