I can't thank the staff at Avis port Angeles enough for their exceptional service! We initially received a car from Seattle airport that unfortunately had a persistent smell despite our efforts to air it out over three days. Taking a chance, we visited this local Avis store to swap it out. The team here was incredibly accommodating and swapped our vehicle for a fresh, clean one without hesitation.

Later, we realized we had left our sunglasses in the original car after leaving for lunch. Returning to the store, we were relieved to find our sunglasses in the same car, exactly where we left them. The staff's efficiency and friendliness throughout both incidents truly made our trip so much more enjoyable.

Thank you once again to this Avis port Angeles team for their outstanding customer service and for going above and beyond to ensure our experience was nothing short of fantastic. Highly recommend this location for anyone needing reliable and caring service!

Superb customer service, Brook really helped us out! Our travel plans changed suddenly and we needed to keep our car for another five days and return it in a different city. The Avis website was quoting a huge amount so we went in person and Brook got us a new reservation with the same vehicle for a third of the price the website was giving. Would absolutely use Avis again for our Pacific NW adventures!

I rented a mystery car for two weeks not knowing what kind of car to expect. I was given a brand néw (less than 130 miles) Honda. Drove down to the sierras in California and was about as far from civilization as I could be when all of the safety feature warning lights came on and none of the features were working including cruise control. Totally not the fault of Budget as the car was brand new. I was able to eventually trade the car in at a California location with some driving out of the way. When I turned the different car back in at the Port Angeles location I explained to Brook, who was working the counter what happened. He was very apologetic for the inconvenience and offered me an additional discount off of my already low rate for the trouble. I really appreciated him making that offer without me having to ask and his attitude regarding the entire situation. I will definitely rent from that location when I need a car in Port Angeles. Brook definitely displayed superior customer service which was very refreshing.

I rented a car from Avis at SEATAC. When i spent the night in Port Angeles, I woke up to a tire that obviously had a slow leak. The folks at the PA Avis swapped a car out for me to get me safely back on the road. GREAT JOB!!!

And this was the only Avis location where I was able to actually talk with a real person! Sea Tec location really let me down when my tire kept leaking. They sent a tow truck but did not prioritize getting me a new vehicle. Brooke at the Port Angeles location went above and beyond. Brooke gave me his cell number so I could contact him after I was done with work.... .which was after their normal hours. Such great service! So professional!
