Frank and Mirium are the G.O.A.T.s, the greatest of all time, they helped my girlfriend and I with our first home owning experience and broke everything down to the T. Frank explained everything so well I might have an interest in real estate now, it was a pleasure working with Ayala realty and I WILL be recommending him and Mirium to all my family and friends. In 2009 Ayala Realty assisted me with my purchase of a property in South Lake Tahoe California during the economic downturn, with Frank’s expert analysis on location and price I was able to purchase a short sale for $237,000 dollars and 8 years later I was able to refinance my mortgage at the historic low’s of 2.25 fixed at 20 years. Frank Ayala Jr. has been a realtor for my family for many years. Frank Jr is very knowledgeable about the process on closing a deal. The seller was threatening to cancel the sale and he convince the seller to sell. Moreover, he recommended to hire an engineer to look over the foundation of the house since it was an older house. All and all we got a new roof, repairs made to the to the shower faucet and the house fogged. I am happy with the customer service I received and this was all during Covid. I would recommend Ayala Realty and Investments to first time home buyers since I was one. In addition, Frank helped me get a credit for closing cost through the lender.

Frank was our real estate agent for the new home we purchased a couple of weeks ago.
