When I called her the first time asking if she was a broker or a realtor after saying my name, she said: can you take my name off your list and hung up the call.

How rude. Good luck working with her folks. There are many other professionals who can help with real estate transactions. I had an issue with a real estate transaction and called to seek advice on the matter and here she is trying to comment saying I didn’t even say why I called. She cut me off the first question itself and hung up right away.
