You wont be disappointed with the education you will receive from Badger Real Estate Seminars. Amanda Green runs the Jacksonville, NC location and she is an amazing instructor. She is diligent and takes time with all of her students to ensure that they understand the material. Badger offers a wide variety of classes- everything you will need to become a well prepared Broker! They offer pre licensing, post licensing, and all CE and Update courses as required and approved by the NCREC. If youā€™re looking to get your NC Real Estate license or need any post classes, CE or Update, I highly recommend using Badger Real Estate Seminars and taking Amanda Greenā€™s classes. You wont be sorry!

I just finished my pre licensing class with Amanda Green and I canā€™t say enough, how awesome my experience was! The EXTRA time, thoughtfulness and care she has for all of her students is admirable. This definitely was the hardest thing Iā€™ve ever done, but with dedication, a lot of studying and Amandaā€™s help and guidance Iā€™m feeling very confident about taking the RE Exam!

I recently had the pleasure of attending a pre-licensing class with Doug Sinclair at Badger Seminars. I cannot emphasize enough how valuable this course was in preparing me for the North Carolina Real Estate exam. Even though the class was through Zoom, Doug kept the class engaged with real-life examples. His vast knowledge and industry experience were evident. I would recommend Badger Seminars for anyone seeking a pre-licensing class that is engaging, effective, and ultimately leads to success on the NCRE exam.
