We rented our 4 bdrm,3 bath Bainbridge Island home for 15 years & used 3 different property managers: Cathy Weiss was by far the best property manager ever. Cathy was always prompt, efficient, honest, sensible, available & trustworthy providing excellent advice. She did NOT charge extra fees for repairs; when an appliance needed to be replaced she found quality items on sale for us & she always found solid tenants. We never missed a day's rent. I was impressed with the professionals she recommended for home repairs. I would never recommend the 2 other prop managers we used on BI, but I have and will continue to recommend Cathy Weiss. We have nothing but praise for Cathy and had her act as our agent when we sold our home last spring.
