Not sure why I’m giving 2 stars instead of one but I guess it’s because I haven’t gotten a hold of anyone yet. I’ve sent two messages and voicemails and haven’t heard back about a listing. Furthermore, you call their offices, no one answers and then it prompts you to press 1 if your call is regarding to a listing. When you press 1, it just says “thank you for calling” and disconnects.

Do the people that list properties with you know that you’re dropping the ball like this?

An agent from this realty worked as dual agent for our house purchasing but he didn't tell us he is also the seller. If we knew the seller is the agent, we wouldn't use the home inspector he recommended. We paid $11k+ to fix the sewing after moved in - the plumber who fixed the issue told us the buyer agent should tell us to do a plumbing camera inspection. When we questioned about this, the agent's broker stepped in and claimed we were fishing on his agent!
