The women who work there act and look like they have sticks up their buts and it hurts making them very miserable. They are not helpful, they have very ugly attitudes for no reason. They will miscalculate your rent portion and not want to adjust it. They loose your forms and will lie and say they did not get it. They are unethical and unprofessional. They need to fire all the ones who have been in there for many years and bring in new people. Their misery and unprofessionalism is rubbing off on the new workers. If you feel you have to be a witch to work with this population you need a different job. Or if your job makes u soooooo miserable get a new job. Y’all suck! Or if you are sooooo smart and capable you should be able to find another job paying the same amount. Or is it misery loves company and your life sucks that bad and you want to make everyone around you miserable. Try Jesus witches!

They don't have respect or compassion.. this office is full of bureaucrats.. I have referred my clients to this office.. nd every single one comes back empty handed... not even a with a referral to go elsewhere!!!! Seriously what's going on with affordable housing in California nd should we dare to ask what's up the trillions of tax money this bureaucratic government makes.. is it just to pay for they're salarie?
