Update: Jon is trashing his ex employer on social media and is threatening to sue them for money he didn’t earn.

I will not use Ball Park since they have realtors who threaten their Attorney’s on people because they can’t handle people on social media. Also had a friend who messaged Jon and he has barely any experience what so ever in selling real estate and has no sense of urgency to schedule a listing appointment and lied about how many homes he has bought and sold and we found out it was only one home, which was his parents house.

Having Dustin Bruce of Ballpark Realty as our realtor when selling our home recently was extremely helpful. He was open and honest in advising us about needed repairs and gave us realistic advice to help determine a reasonable sales price. I especially appreciated the company's extra services where they provided staging for showing the house to prospective buyers, and when it sold, they provided a crew who cleaned the house after the movers had gone. I was ecstatic that I didn't personally have to clean the oven!

Dustin cold called us as we were getting ready to sell. He convinced us to do construction prior to listing. We agreed. We asked for one person to manage all the subcontractors. He said he and his partner would manage the job and sent us one guy who barely seemed to know what he was doing. It was a nightmare. We had to micromanage everything and most things required 2-3 attempts to get it right. Or at least semi right. So much damage to our personal items! So many things needed to be fixed, electrical, plumbing, and finishing details after he finished.
Where was Dustin or his partner? Not on the job. Even when I texted with pics and video and called to raise the red flag. They gave the guy a stern talking to. That went over well for us. Dustin had lots of excuses, about why he goes dark and didn't actually follow through on his promises. I fired him a few days before listing. I was not about to give him a commission.
