If you are in the market for a home you must go with Barbara Pearson. She has a passion for knowledge and it shows in her work. From step one of the home search process she was there. Answering any and all questions we had, no matter how late we texted 🙂 We found a home that was part of a program we didn’t know much about. Barbara did all the research, even checking for lenders that were knowledgable, experienced and comfortable with said program. During the home buying process she treated us as if we were her own family, and that hasn’t stopped since we purchased our home. She makes sure that we always receive invites to her events, birthday and holiday wishes and check ins to make sure we have all we need for the home. I cannot recommend Barbara enough.

Barbara impressed me with her professionalism, integrity, and ethics. On several occasions, I observed her commitment to doing things the right way, even when doing so took extra time or seemed inconvenient. It gave me great confidence knowing that Barbara took her professional code of ethics seriously. The home buying process is legally intricate and complex; frankly, knowing that I could confidently rely on my agent to guide me through it correctly allowed me to focus on the aspects of home buying that I found more enjoyable.

When I eventually found the home I knew I wanted to purchase, Barbara navigated a smooth process that resulted in my offer being accepted. I felt totally confident in Barbara’s ability to represent my interests and negotiate a deal that worked for me as well as the sellers. I am extremely satisfied with the home I bought.

Now that my home buying process is finished, I must admit that I miss spending hours with Barbara every week. However, I’m sure Barbara and I will stay in touch, as I’ve come to regard her as a friend. I will certainly reach out to Barbara in the future if I ever decide to sell my home, or if friends or family members need a real estate agent.
