It's a slightly above average complex. Nobody's loud, it's maintained reasonably well, walking distance to imperial ave. It's a decent price, good layout, no laundry hookups, and fair storage (3 bedroom). Nothing's really bad, but nothing's really great, either.
The only thing was the shortage of drawers. Just one small drawer in the kitchen and bathroom. You wouldn't think it would be so irritating, but it is.

There gardener services they use. and tenants like to throw trash over the fence into an empty lot.. I watched the garden service do it and the man saw me watching when i asked was he really doing that he went to hide.. Our street looks like trash cause of this...
