I absolutely love living here at Bardin Oaks. The office staff is very welcoming, courteous but most of all quite professional. The manager Rachel is by far the best apartment manager I've ever had the pleasure of having. Rachel is quite beautiful inside and out. She's 1 of great humility and will go above and beyond to make living at Bardin Oaks an exceptional experience. I definitely would recommend anyone in search of a beautiful place to live,to look no further than here. I promise you Rachel and her staff are here to do everything in their power to ensure you become a satisfied resident just as I am

Was so excited to move In, till move in day, nothing was inspected before moving in, refigerator was not working,electric problem,dish washer messed up, towel hanger broke, air conditioner needed repairs nit working a few days after move in, 1st week i decided to wash,great perk you get washer,dryer but when i attempted to use it put clothes and detergent in, it wasnt working,it was last straw,not very happy on move in day. I paid alot of money to move in to have all this happen was uncalled for. It's was sitting for a whole month, before my move in, and nothing was done, it's been a whole month since my move in, and I've had a total of 10 maintence request.Does not come with microwave online pics show microwave over stove,false advertising.My review changed to 2.Their maintence team were prompt to come fix whatever was wrong.

I do not live here as of yet but, Rachel was so helpful in answering my questions. I like how someone is at the office to talk to regarding any questions or concerns. Bardin Oaks is definitely on my top list to move to soon.

I would like to say first thing first I absolutely love the hospitality and the energy of this office the manager was sweet but especially Ms Melanie ward I was having a ruff day and she really turned it around with her positive energy she went above and beyond to help me she was warm kind hands down she was a 10 out of 10 I left smiling to know that I encounter someone that actually care and that's genuine so ones again I wanna say thanks to you guys and a special shot to Ms Melanie ward I so appreciate you and I hope you have a wonderful blessed day.

Melanie Ward is amazing! She helped me…a senior citizen…not computer literate with the application process with kindness and patience. THANK YOU MELANIE! Without her I wouldn’t been able to do it!

This is likely the worst apartment complex I have had the displeasure to associate with. The office staff, including the manager Mireya Martinez, are completely incompetent, rude, unhelpful, and do not have the training to adequately provide customer service. Considering that office staff have been fired/quit multiple times over the last year, should have given me an insight into the corporate culture. They are predatory with their fees and fines, will boot and tow your car as they get a kickback from the towing company, basically anything to make additional money outside of charging your rent. Despite attempts to resolve issues, I have been forced to contact a lawyer to mediate the situation. I would not recommend living here or allowing anyone you care about to live here if you'd like a peaceful housing community.

We had a great experience at the Bardin Oaks Apartment Homes as we did business with our leasing consultant Joshua Rogers. He was very concerned about our needs as we searched for our perfect apartment. Joshua greeted us and focused on what he could do to find us the best deal possible. All of his attention was focused on us and our needs. He was helpful with helping us out filling the application out correctly. Joshua explained and walked with us through the entire process of purchasing our apartment. He even helped us by decreasing the cost of some of the start up fees. Joshua is very experienced at what he does! Great job Joshua!
