I've lived here for a few months now, and I love it! Sandie has been great as the Property Manager. Very friendly and kind.

We first had a problem where the rod for hanging clothes in our closet collapsed, so we put in a work order that night. Someone was there the next morning to take a look at it, and it was fixed within a couple days! The process was speedy and smooth, and I haven't had any problems since.

The neighbors are friendly and quiet, and the onsite laundry is great! The apartment is spacious, especially the kitchen. Plus the price is affordable, especially for the area.

Just a mile and a half from downtown Campbell, with a Walgreens, Lunardi's, and multiple eateries just down the block. I love living here, and I hope to stay here for a while.

Pros: The price is cheap in an expensive housing market. The units are fairly large ~600+ square feet, and the landscaping around the grounds is taken care of adequately.

Cons: The property manager here is defensive. If you come to her with a problem, she'll instantly stop listening and explain why she can't do anything, and you should submit a ticket so the owner 'Brian' can do something about it. Your problem will be outstanding, and she'll expect you to suck it up and deal with it.
This location can also be noisy depending on how close you live to Bascom Avenue.
Parking is also a major hassle, as they only give you one covered parking spot. You'll have to fight for space on the street or park in one of the many spots reserved for other vacant apartments.

I recommend you look elsewhere.

Bad experience!!! Sandy the manager doesn't give you a chance to talk and she doesn't like to listen. Beautiful apartments but they go after your credit only and that's it, they don't give you a chance. And they don't accept the section 8.
