Their website is great, customer service is also fantastic. The facility is clean, secure and very modern. Was very easy to rent a unit online. I did a bit of looking around the area for a storage unit and this was by far the nicest! Highly recommend.

Great facility with very good property maintenance. Fairly new construction. Clean and neat. Reasonable prices too. Nice and clean Port-a-potty on-site so you don't have to leave the facility just to take a bathroom break. Each regular unit front door latch has a place to put up to 2 padlocks. As with all outdoor storage facilities, you must first lay down plastic sheet onto the concrete floor to protect against dampness before moving items such as cardboard boxes into the unit. Highly recommended.

Great place to rent! Matt is fantastic! I've rented storage units before and there always seems to be some kind of issue that comes up. This summer, I rented two units in Arden completely hassle free. The entire facility is always clean and kept, and secure! It's also nice having a restroom available. After I was all moved out of the units, I ran into a snag with a moving company and needed a unit to rent, "right now!" I called Matt and he got me into another unit within 10 minutes!! If you're looking to rent a storage unit, I highly recommend Baumann Brothers Storage...without a doubt!!

My wife and I had reserved a large RV unit in Valley for this fall. However our circumstances changed and we will not be needing it at this time. Matt was super to deal with along with being very gracious and professional. We will be calling him in the future again. Highly recommend. Very secure and well maintained.

Clean, great location, good pricing, and most importantly - secure. Lighting, security cameras, and good fencing.

My wife and I rented the large unit and was able to fit our entire house hold belongings, including everything in my 2-car garage and 30x40 shop while we were looking to purchase a house in a another state. We felt confident that our belongings were fine while we were away. Mr. Baumann was easy to work with and even went as far to help me load a gun safe. Thank-you sir!

We have been renting multiple units from Baumann Brothers Storage at the Arden location, as well as the Jackel Rd location, and we have been very pleased with the service. They communicate extremely well and have clean and very accessible locations. We would absolutely recommend any of their locations.
