The manager has zero people skills my first experience was her threatening to tow me cause I was parked in her spot. I was only there for a couple minutes to take stuff out and put it into the apartment and she left immediately after.

These people would rather rent to tweakers then a family of 6 with two hard working parents that are self employed with their own business, just because the tweaker can show a pay stub. When I showed 2 years of perfect rental history even paying $12,000 of future rent. What more do need to prove I can pay my rent?!?!

The manager is good,place is clean but theres a evil tenant in apt 164 that has made my last 6 months hell. Beware and if possible don't move by her she has nothing else to do with her life but harassing people.

I live in at bayfield apartments and I like it. Its nice and quiet. There isnt any kids running around or dirty people. The apartments are nice and everyone fallows the rules. I would rent from bayfield again.
