I love the apartment. The price was a bit daunting, but you get what you pay for. I love how close it is to the Cal Train station and SFO! I love the management (Moises, Alex, Santiago, and David) and feel safe being there. I also should say they have taken into account my needs as a tenant whenever I have asked and have done so with remarkable speed. Lastly, if you are one for company or just appreciate beautiful views (especially during the Fourth of July) the views from the roof are immaculate.

This is a beautiful and professionally run apartment community. The leasing team and management team are very responsive to emails and phone calls. We asked tons of questions during the leasing process. Alex, the leasing agent, always responded quickly and enthusiastically with the information requested. Since moving in, Moises, Alex, and David have remained available and willing to help!

Absolutely love my apartment. This is the safest neighborhood I’ve ever lived in. The people in this community are respectful, young, vibrant, and super kind. I love it here and I’m thinking of upgrading to one bedroom next leasing period.

It is beautiful, comfortable and the staff who serve us are all exceptional, very well prepared to deal with any situation you need support with, from a simple problem to the most difficult.
We feel that they listen to you carefully and sincerely involve themselves in finding the solution to what you need.
My family and I feel important and respected here at Bayswater, and we consider each of the employees as friends, we are pleased to take care of here as if we were the owners.

Small community with great management led by Moises and Bayswater team. This is the best apartment I have ever lived since I moved to Bay Area few years ago. The community is clean everywhere - even the trash room is super clean. I feel safe and comfortable living here. Never had package delivery issue. Unlike many other leasing offices who never reply tenants’ emails, Bayswater team seriously takes care of the requests and feedback from the tenants. Very good experience living here.

Highly recommend to live here, as the staff goes above and beyond for the tenants. It's also walking distance to the downtown Burlingame area. It's definitely a great place to call home.

My favorite apartment so far in Bay Area.

We lived in Bayswater Apartment for a year and we love it. We checked out several other communities and Bayswater stood out with its beautiful garden-villa style buildings, warmly decorated hallways and nicely built amenities. We are glad we picked this place. It’s close to Caltrain and Downtown Burlingame. Surroundings areas are very safe. Never had package delivery issue. I have an EV and never had problem charging. Maintenance is no issue either. If you are looking for a place with homie, chill vibe, convenient public transportation to SF and lively neighborhoods where you don’t feel so secluded, Bayswater is the perfect place for you and worth the price.

Our leasing officers, Sara and Moises, are very professional, helpful and nice to us. Looking back to the past year, we had a great time overall. The only issue worth mentioning are the noise from Caltrain, but if I shut the window, I barely hear anything. if you are extremely sensitive to noise, we recommend you double check. We had a musician friend came over and the noise bothered him a little while he’s sleeping even with windows shut, but all other guests slept very well. Another tiny issue is the bathroom light will automatically turn off if I shower for a long time (the sensor couldn’t detect activities while I’m showering), but i resolved it by waving my hand outside of my shower curtain and the light will turn back on once the sensor detected my hand waving.

We had to move out due to our job relocation, but if possible we would love to move back to Bayswater.
