I've lived in my fair share of living arrangements over the course of my life, but I have to say that by far Baywood Capitol is by far the most responsive and considerate property management I've ever had. Any issue I had with my unit was addressed within the week or less. When I ask for some one to come out and fix one thing instead two or three things get fixed. They're flexible with my complicated schedule and understanding of unusual life circumstances when they pop up. Shout out to Josh for being straightforward with you and not over/under promising and being an understanding guy. Shout out to Mercedes for being an absolute sweetheart in the office, and to Pedro for being the kinda guy that gets stuff done when it needs doing and the level of professionalism he and his team have.
