The employees are wonderful the facility is super clean and I found out that I couldn't rent the storage after all and they were nice to give me back all my money and I sure do appreciate that so in the future I would definitely go back to them

Been there for awhile, clean facility. They are in the middle of adding over 7000 square feet of new storage spaces. Friendly owner. Secure area, cameras and alarm system. Easy location right next to the college on Beale Road.

We have an older trailer we were looking to store during our off season for hunting. We contacted and we’re told they would be able to assist. A few weeks later I called to follow up and was asked for a picture. They stated “sorry we can’t help you with that trailer”. I understand our trailer is older and not the prettiest but the customer service and not being up front with me from the beginning is a total issue as I would have been looking for other options. This was a huge disappointment.

The new manger does NOT know what she is doing they charge your credit card with out your permission and there is never any one on site to talk to or answer the phone calls even to return messages you leave this is NOT how you run a. Business

If you want a clean and very secure storage facility. Beale Storage is your best bet. Every unit has an alarm. You won't have to worry about anyone breaking into your unit. Great place and very professional staff! I just wish they were everywhere!
