I had the pleasure of working with Megan Paxton for my move from Kansas City back to Wisconsin, and she was absolutely amazing! From start to finish, Megan made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She was incredibly helpful, always available to answer my questions, and took care of every detail with such professionalism. Thanks to her, my new home is not only settled but absolutely beautiful! I truly appreciate her dedication and kindness throughout the entire move. Thank you so much, Megan, for making this big transition so easy! Highly recommend!

I contacted Bear Property Management numerous times and was told to fill out a contact form on the specific apartments website. Days later. . . No contact from Bear. Then I called and a property manager named Stephanie told me to check each individual property on the website and to contact each directly to get info on whether a property was considered a 'market rate' apartment. I have visual issues so I cannot see all of the info on the website but I will be filing a formal complaint with the HUD. This is what's wrong with developers and builders today! Lack of service And Respect and dumb and asinine responses! Their entire company's internal communications is completely Broken & Morally Bankrupt!!!
Beware!!!! It's a Horrible company to even deal with. They demonstrated a complete lack of respect for Seniors!

This has been one of the worst experiences.I have ever uncountered with Bear property Management . Bristol Ridge Senior Cottages. The property manager, if you're lucky is there twice a week has no knowledge?Or detail about anything other than the 1st of the month.They want your rent, check anything else in the lease they don't adhered to or care about. There are many bad senior tenants living on the property that harass bully continually. A senior resident had to go to court, was found guilty and Bear does nothing to protect or manage a kind environment for other .. The resident still is living on the property so beware!!The water is filthy.Your clothes will smell musty and dirty after you've dried them.I have contracted a rare pneumonia through the shower head from the particles of the water.You will end up paying 80 dollars a month for a water bill so BEWARE.. They do not return your security deposit within the law in the state of Wisconsin of the 21 day time frame. I would not rent from them.You are better off living out on the street,Or in your car.

If I could give 0 stars I would! Never rent from them! When heating our pipe froze in the winter, they told us we would have to wait for it to thaw. It also happened to four other neighbors… There are screws and nails constantly in their parking lot. Between my wife and I, we have had three flat tires in the lot. We were told there would be maintenance always in the area but they never were. They will spray the yard with pesticides and not warn you so your animals are unsafe. They will try to do whatever they can to make money. The price you pay for how cheap and small the apartments are is disgusting….

Don't expect maintenance to your place . Overcharge residents .if I says Bear on it try another place because your just going to end up moving soon.

Megan was perfect!! Very welcoming! This is my first apartment and I’m so thankful to have her as someone to help me through the process. If you want an apartment that’s worth your money and someone who is caring, kind and helpful I would definitely rent from LOFTS2!

My husband and I recently worked with Megan Howard and have had a great experience. She helped us apply and eventually sign the lease to our brand new apartment, and has been very open and straight forward with us through a process don’t know too much about.
A huge thing for us was how she was quick to respond, always made herself available, and how she always kept us in the loop. That constant communication was one of the best parts of this process while working with her.
She’s fantastic and we are very grateful we were able to work with Megan!

I called to speak to the company about a property in Illinois that is for senior citizens, apartments. I was calling to express my concern because it is supposed to be a "secure building", but the doors are propped open for anyone to walk in. I walked in unnoticed 3 days ago to see my mom. The woman working in the office of the building, the "property manager" said the doors are left open when she is there. I am not sure what type of protection she offers?
When calling Bear, I was told the property manager was the only one I could talk to about this matter, and they could do nothing from Kenosha, WI.
Fantastic response, especially for keeping our seniors safe.

Follow up: Thank you for responding and addressing my concerns. I will not call the general number for the office. The last time I called, Stephanie answered, and was very rude and inconsiderate. If I ask to speak to the manager, will I get through?
