These guys are the BEST!!! Dan Kroll helped my family and I find a house quickly and efficiently! Trustworthy and definitely didn't waste our time! The negotiations went extremely well. Awesome crew over at Bear Realty!

Daniel Kroll did an outstanding job and highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a home! He was very professional, flexible, patient, caring, and was always looking out for our best interests. From the first phone call to him, I knew my fiancé and I were in great hands making us feel very comfortable and confident in our first home purchase. He assured us that during the entire process he was representing us and always went the extra mile. He helped us look at over 10 homes and condos in about a month guiding us throughout as well as researching the homes history, neighborhood, comparable values, and much more! He sent us updates on new listings everyday even when they came in late at night to give us the best opportunity to look at a newly listed home practically before other people did. Always on top of everything from negotiations to closing holding our hands during the process which certainly helped with my fiancé's stress and overthinking. He helped us sleep at night and got a great deal on our condo. We couldn't more happy as proud homeowners without any nightmare stories or stress. Not trustworthy at all. Lakisha was very helpful, but she was pushed out along with my bid. Was told if I raised my offer within the hour, the house was mine. 22 minutes later, after I raised my final cash offer, JoAnne Brown says sorry, already accepted another. "How was I to know you could come up with that kind of money". Why lie and tell me I had an hour? Spoke to Michelle and Glenda at Bear, both refused to do anything. My opinion, JoAnne didn't want to share the commission. She even refused to take my cash offer to the seller early, holding them for a week. Shady people, very shady!

Am injured, lack of poor underrated conditions. On the sidewalks of 5200 buildings on Washington Ave. Saturday around afternoon i got injured. Sidewalk wasn't cleared of snow or snowblowed correctly. Unable to take pic my cell phone broken. Paid damages myself to repair/works for now, till i can afford a new one from boost mobile. Right in the middle of covid-19 & switching medical insurances from the States. Unable to see my doctors for injuries covered. Am Senior citzen 64-plus. This is why i called and left message on your business answering machine tha same night. This is my brother F. Beal cell am using.
