Becky was the best realtor! As first time homebuyers it can be overwhelming buying a home. There were so many things to learn, but Becky knew it all! She was honest and responsive when answering any questions we had. She was always patient with us and was able to get contracts written up quickly! We were looking in a pretty big radius for our home and Becky was willing to drive out for showings even on short notice or sometimes for multiple showings in a day. We closed on our home in September and are so happy with how smooth everything went. We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor and are so lucky we met Becky!

We are so glad that we met Becky and that we were able to work with her. She was so kind and helpful throughout the whole process of purchasing our new house. My family was looking to re-locate - about 2 hours away from where we were living. She was very knowledgeable about the communities and resources in the area we were looking and helped us to narrow down the right town for us. We felt like she went above and beyond to get us a showing for the house that became ours - and we fell in love right away! Becky communicated promptly and clearly and helped us to navigate the buying process- getting us connected with everyone that we needed (who were also great - she has great colleagues in the field!). Becky was an absolute joy to work with. Finding a house for 3 generations to live in is no easy task but she listened to all of our needs and wants and helped us find the perfect home! Knowing we had a long drive to see the potential houses she made sure to visit them first and take videos and picture and give us her honest opinion. Becky is the best! We had a tight budget and pretty specific things we were looking for. Becky was patient, took time to address my (many) concerns, and really made our family feel like a priority. After driving all over Chittenden and Addison counties and looking at just under 20 houses over the course of 5 months—we found our dream home, and closed earlier than expected. I’m VERY glad that the buying process is over, but will miss seeing her what felt like every weekend 😂 In this tough market, it’s so critical to have a knowledgeable AND creative realtor. Becky is both of those and more, and I recommend her wholeheartedly.

Having Becky in my corner when buying my home was essential. I wouldn't say I was *super* needy -- but I also wouldn't say I was a low-key client. Becky was incredibly responsive to all of my many, many phone calls and emails; she was able to offer valuable insight and essential info to my questions; able to help navigate the incredible amount of hurdles that constitute the homebuying process. She handled everything with grace, ease and offered a comforting reassurance throughout. She even held my baby during one of our viewings when he was being fussy! Her help was invaluable. Becky is the realtor you need! Trying to buy a home right now in Vermont is incredibly challenging and we had a very specific vision in mind. Becky is dedicated to family and community. And backyard chickens. And fun. She's very fun, and when living in NYC was always up for a night on the town, no matter how little sleep she'd gotten the night before. (What is the equivalent version of a Vermont night-on-the-town?). Becky is thoughtful in her approach to all her passion projects, and doesn't do anything she's not intensely passionate about whether it is teaching, serving as a doula, or helping families find homes in the state she now happily calls home. After the first time we saw her in Vermont during the summer of 2012 I believe (they invited us to stay at their gorgeous rental house in Windsor I think) it was obvious she was going to leave the city. After they moved for at least a year we stopped outside what used to be their balcony here and marveled at the strange emptiness but it was clear they made the right choice and move for their family and are soaking up everything Vermont has to offer. She'll be a great pick for everyone house-hunting but an especially compassionate guide for anyone contemplating that city-to-country leap!
