This property management is very rude and unprofessional. I went in to express my concerns about their tenants having loud parties every weekend and instead of offering to talk to them about the loud noise she suggested we move to another rental! I’ve sent videos to show how loud and rude their tenants are and I was completely ignored.

The worst of appointments, Ann the property manager is super rude and unprofessional, we already file complaint against her and her staff , they scammers they just charge you the fees without even giving you any infos on the property, they never answer the phone , when you complain about it they take things personal , i have the whole conversation and the recorded calls from her and her staff in the office . Be fearful they are scam and unprofessional.

My family has used Been-Network Properties as our property management company for over 20+ years. I am very satisfied and grateful for their service over the years. I do not live in the area of my rentals -so knowing that Been- Network is there taking care of business has been an important part of my life. I do not have to worry about my rentals with Been-Network. I do not have the daily stress of being a property owner. The staff is wonderful - great with communication and customer service. I trust Ana and her expertise. Vacancies are to be expected, but they are filled so quickly - I never have a reason to worry. If I have a question, Ana and her staff is quick to answer. When repairs need to be done, Ana does a great job with finding quality work at great prices. End of the year tax files are accurate and sent to me on time. I cannot stress the importance of working with a company that is organized, reliable and dependable. I also am impressed that whenever I call, they know who I am and have always treated me with respect. Over the years, I have come to rely on Been-Network and I have never considered looking elsewhere for a property management company. I recommend Been-Network Properties without hesitation.
