I’ve lived in Bel Air apartments for 2 years now going on a 3rd year now. I do really like this complex as there’s a lot of amenities, including the dog park, pickle ball court, barbecue areas and other Amenities. Management and maintenance have been fantastic and helping out. Definitely a great place to move into and live!

I was having issues getting into my apartment with which I been here for almost 14 months I think and never had any problems. I was so confused wasn’t sure what’s going on. I could not get into my apartment. It was really late at night. Couldn’t get a hold of anyone and finally was able to get a hold of the maintenance staff and Manuel was so kind enough to come out, I feel bad but as he was coming out, I was able to get into my apartment however he made sure that everything was working fine. Made sure we were squared away and then educated me and assisted with the Application that I did not know about and made sure it was all set up so that I wouldn’t have this problem again.

Once again, he was super super personable and very knowledgeable and I was very, very grateful.
That man also showed the upmost integrity.

Absolutely love this place. Staying in a townhome since last 2 years. Amazing fast and helpful maintenance staff. Very beautiful trees which look and feel natural. The clouds and sky are a walk away. Nested next to the Golf course, our family enjoys a great walk around the edge of the community with a beautiful serene view of the landscape. Very responsive and considerate community manager. Thanks so much for gifting this lifetime of an experience secluded and peaceful within nature’s lap.

AJ and Mike were both a huge help when it came to selecting a unit and getting moved in. When I first moved in a few things needed to be fixed in the unit, the maintenance staff was super quick to fix it and send me an update. The parking here is also better than any complex I have lived in, there seems to always been additional parking which is great. Overall, Bel Air has been great so far. I have really enjoyed my time living here and would definitely recommend it.

Tonight I needed my toilet looked at since it wasn’t flushing and Aman from the maintenance team was fantastic. He was extremely professional and he took extra time to ensure that the toilet was fully fixed before leaving. Aman was patient in answering my questions while he waited and flushed the toilet several times to entire it was working prior to leaving. Thank you, Aman, for your professionalism and attention to detail to ensure that my toilet was working properly.
