Mary Lee was great to work with. She listened to everything we had to say and wasn’t pushy or forceful in anyway. She listened to our concerns as well as we listened to her concerns on selling the house. She had great suggestions on what we should take care of in the home to give it more appeal for selling. I like it that she actually worked the open house that we had. I’ve heard many times that realtors get their coworkers or someone else to work the open house for them. I know other factors could be part of this, but we did get an offer on the first weekend it was on the market. I would use Mary Lee Knight again for my realtor needs.
