We started the process by sending some listings I like to Ben, and he would send some similar listings or ones he thinks I like back to me as well. After we complied a list of listings we want to check out, Ben started to schedule tours with selling agents. At my request, we toured around 8 listings in a single day. We would have kept going on like that, but I really like one of the condo we saw that day, so we started to negotiate with the selling agent, and reached a final deal.

During the whole process, Ben has been very patient, professional and accommodating. He will help you find listings you like, while be honest about its pros and cons, like a good friend. He will also give you advice on how to negotiate with the seller from your perspective.

We got to know Ben through friend’s introduction in 2022. At that time, we didn’t seriously think about buying a house, so we told Ben about it, just said we were interested but not ready. Instead of pushing us and telling us what a good timing that was to buy a house, all he said was: sure, that is fine. After that, he casually sent us some houses listing, but never pushed us nor forgot about us. Until the middle of 2023, we started to look for house more seriously. Ben was so patient and kind with us throughout the whole process. He companied us to tour houses and analyzed the pros and cons of each house with his professional knowledge for us. The house we ended up got, I can say without his help, I wouldn’t even find this house at the very beginning.
