Been living in a berg apartment for years and still haven't had any routine maintenance done like they say they do. I have burnt out lightbulbs, air filter that's never been changed. They painted the toilet seat before I moved in. ( that's how cheap they are won't get a new toilet seat just paint over it) the first time I cleaned my toilet all the paint came off. Looks disgusting. Impossible to get ahold of maintenance, they just ignore you. I pay my rent but they do not take care of you. A management team that has no clue what's going on.Very dysfunctional!!!! Please!!! do not rent from berg!!!

I have lived in my current apartment for 2yrs now. I have had nothing but good service with both the office staff as well as the maintenance staff. Cindy has always returned my calls in a timely manner and has answered any questions I may have. She has always been very helpful. The maintenance staff has also been very helpful as we promptly addressing my concerns and will take care of the issue in a professional and timely manner. The building I reside in is very old so I expect things are going to happen if it does I am confident it will be taken care of.

Just an update after living in a Berg apartment after 2 years ... Still absolutely phenomenal. I just signed my lease for a third year.

This is the most unprofessional disrespectful inconsiderate company I have ever had to deal with looking for something as simple as a basic apartment.cindy Solmon is not the person you want to speak to. This person shouldn't even be working as a shoe salesman with a personality just as equal to one. To anyone who uses their service to rent out their units my advice is drop them immediately with a two-star rating alone shows that they are incompetent and just about everything that they do and I'm glad I had this bad experience knowing that this is not the company to deal with or the people that I would want to associate with where I live and they should also keep in mind that it would be your money that pays their food that they eat and the lights that they have on their house maybe someday they'll grow up and understand....... Now just over a month ago when the number was blocked from this company, this lady calls me back on a different number and harasses me for the review I gave her. I've had to report the company to the police and now record my calls for harassment this place should be shut down and condemned and I've reported them to the Better Business bureau's. If you feel that you've been a victim from this particular individual or this company in general please do the same so that they can lose their license..... and hate to break it to you but you never ran my background cuz I never even applied just got yelled at by you nice try on discrediting me but you're the one with a three-point star review. Now stop harassing me there is a filed complaint against you

I moved into my apartment in July of 2016 and when my lease was up in July of 2017, I signed for another year without hesitation.

Berg management has been very fair and cooperative with me thus far, and they have been quick with me to correct issues. One major thing I would like to mention was that my bathtub developed a leak and was dripping down to the second floor. I expected them to patch the leak and call it a day, but they went above and beyond and gave me a brand new bathtub. When I saw all the negative feedback on here, I wanted to take the time to voice that this is not as bad of a company as these reviews say.

Berg Management has been incredible! Cindy helped me find a one bedroom place to live in Waukesha really last minute and I love it! The building is super cute and well kept up. I love how dog friendly the area is and how close I am to trails, parks and downtown. The view on the hill is a plus. Also, the maintenance crew have been so helpful and responsive. I’ve been really pleased with renting from this company
