We hired Tracy to sell the family home after my father in law passed away last year. The market was already starting to decline and we knew we had two choices, sell as is or fix the home. We consulted Tracy and she said we would get better offers for the home if we cleaned it up and added design elements to go with the modern architecture of the home. Tracy also called other agents in the region who had recently sold similar homes to get a true feeling for the market at that point.

Great Team. Tracy and her team guided us through the challenging process of selling a beloved and unique family home of 65 years. Tracy has many years of experience and provides great expertise on strategy and approach to preparing the house for sale in a collaborative manner. Tracy and team also have some great ideas on marketing a home and presenting it to the market in pre-open house gatherings, and at the open houses. They put together a distinctive website and photo presentation of our home.

All in all Tracy and her excellent team made a once in a lifetime experience of selling a family home very positive.

Tracy is the best. She has so much kindness and attention to detail when it comes to supporting a home purchase. She was my dad’s realtor when he bought his first and second homes so naturally I went to her when buying my first home. My husband and I trusted her so much to tell us what was right and wrong about a house — she and her realtor partner Linda would often scour disclosures and spot red flags we would never be able to see. They would talk us down from any houses that didn’t feel right or had major fixes. There was so much attention to detail and care by Tracy and Linda.
