WORST REALTOR EVER !! ZERO Stars
I am a investor, Lic General Contractor & Spec home builder and I called Karen Musser on a lot located on Skyline in Ventura (Thomas fire lot) to inquire to get more information... (ie: Price, size of lot, plans included?, etc...)
And I have to say that my call with Ms Musser was one of the oddest, rudest calls I have EVER had from someone that is reportedly attempting to sell a property for a client. She would not give me any information, and demanded I identify myself before she would even consider it. After I identified myself, I ask if the information was a secret, and then Ms Musser simply hung up!
I would steer clear from this realtor and agency if that is the way they treat potential buyers... and sellers should NOT use Her / Them if they are going to scare your buyers away!
I don’t usually write bad reviews, but this call was so rude I felt I had to let others know about my experience.

This woman was so cold and unwelcoming, unfortunately this is what makes this area prestigious. Never judge a book by its cover. Make this area please, even during the toughest of times. People are hurting, be kind.
