I went to see a property advertised by Lee Johnson.. I wouldnt use him. He advertised a place for $2800 when the rent was actually $3650 and it was a sublease. Then he said I was approved and still couldn't deliver the rental.. Wasted my time for 6 weeks after following up and asking me to apply! Also wasted an application fee for no reason. Never even adjusted the advertisement with the proper rent or took it down even though he cant deliver the rental.
