I liked how the company is up to date with the marketing strategies, using the most relevant ways to reach people.

The only complaint I have is that some of the photos felt over-edited and slightly misleading. I know the point is to make the property look its best, which most of the photos did very well. There were just a few that I felt the colors were different and misleading. I don't attribute this to Chris, but rather the photo/marketing people.

Kim is a classy person with great taste. She did a super job advising how to prepare our house for the professional photo shoot and instructed us on how to best present the house for showings.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Chris Gordy as he is an outstanding agent. We have been using his services for approximately a year and a half and has been very patient with us. Chris is one of those very detail-oriented kinds of people, he looks through the house before our arrival to check if there is anything wrong, this could vary with paint chips, the water piping, HVAC, and any damages that could affect our loan. He has good knowledge of what we wanted for our home. He kept us updated through our loan process and answers several questions, believe me when I say we asked a ton of questions since we are first-time home buyers!
