In 2022, Jose with Berkshire Hathaway helped us find houses in Arkansas City and Winfield and always provided us with great suggestions and advice. We used internet listings to locate most homes and used Jose’s advice in refining our selection and negotiating offers. We were not locals so we needed a little extra help with local contractors and local matters. Jose was there with us all the way. We highly recommend him and the Winfield Pen-Fed team.

And we used Jose again in 2024 to purchase a larger home in Winfield. As before, we worked together as a collaborative team identifying houses to look at and to negotiate appropriate terms for a second purchase. Lacey Pool also assisted with advice. And again, we highly recommend the Pen-Fed team and Jose in particular.
