This review is for Chuck, Connie, and Samantha Burns:

Renters beware! Chuck and Samantha Burns are running a total scam operation. I lived in 65 Bradley Street for two years, and the apartment was physically unsafe to live in. The bathroom floor collapsed, door handles would fall off (locking us in rooms) and all of the work that was done to the house was done by third rate handymen. To top it all off Chucks daughter, Samantha, took over our property and did a walk through for us where she said to our parents that "everything looks good" and that "there should be no major deductions from our deposit." What do you know, but 3 weeks later she deducts $1000 from our deposit... $150 for removing a grill that was there when we arrived. And several hundred for removing trash that was left by other people in the building when they moved out. These people may seem friendly, but they are typical greedy landlords, running subpar properties because they know that they can screw over college kids. Renters beware.
