When my tenant suddenly moved out, I decided to sell the condo because I no longer had the desire to manage it. Buying or selling real estate can be stressful—at least for me. But from my first meeting with Bernie, I relaxed. He's got great confidence, which is based on experience and knowledge. I felt immediately that things would go well.

Bernie carefully inspected the condo, assessed the market, and proposed a selling price that made sense to me. He then supervised a handyman who corrected problems that I hadn't known about. This was done quickly and economically. The result was that the property looked terrific without our spending much money. Bernie also felt that we didn't need to invest in staging, and he was right. We sold the condo for the asking price.

With Bernie's guidance, I easily got through the great amount of paperwork needed to close the deal. There were a couple of minor glitches. Bernie handled them easily.

Working with true professionals makes difficult tasks less daunting , and Bernie fits in that category. He's also fun to work with. I will definitely choose him in the future if I decide to buy—or sell—another property.
