We can’t thank Rich and his team enough for selling our house. Rich was able to get our house on the market quicker than any other estate agent. Rich really took his time photographing our home which was done to a high standard. Rich also gave an amazing detailed write up about our home, rather than the standard write up you get with other estate agents. We've just bought our new home and sold our previous one through Berry & George, and I can honestly say I would not consider any other estate agents, and would highly recommend anyone to work with them.

In one of the most stressful things anyone can do, Rich and the team at Berry & George are calm, reassuring and supportive, always available for a call or message and with knowledge and understanding to help and really add value through the process.

There are some major differences to other estate agents, the quality of the photo's (made me want to buy our own house again), the advice on both buying and selling, the write ups are open, honest and actually readable rather than the usual waffling nonsense, and the people are genuine.

As we're moving close, I'm looking forward to having a beer together in our new home, and that in itself is a testament to the relationship you can expect, not just a "agent/client" one, and I think that pretty much speaks for itself.

By far the most friendliest, personable, bespoke and results driven estate agents I have interacted with.

They really are different to the rest and that's noticeable from the start. Unlike other firms, I don't feel like I have to be wearing a shirt and tie when I'm on the phone to their office. Their casual yet professional approach helps you to relax during such a stressful process, as well as filling you with confidence on achieving the shared objective.

Dan, who I spoke to a lot during our sell/purchase over the last few months, is an asset to the company. Very friendly, solution orientated and persistent in customer satisfaction.

Great experience selling our house with Berry & George!

The first thing to say is that the fees are very reasonable when compared to other estate agents. From my initial enquiry, Rich was very responsive and managed to value, photograph and list the house very quickly. The valuation was fair, and the photographs looked excellent on Right Move!

We had a lot of viewings and secured a sale quickly but unfortunately our buyer withdrew just before contracts were exchanged. After quickly securing a second buyer, it became clear that our buyer’s conveyancer, working for MUVE, was highly incompetent. Despite this, Rich, Dan, Tom and Beth all worked extremely hard to finalize the sale despite the conveyancer’s inability to complete tasks in a timely manner. This involved Rich and team making many, many calls, responding to my regular out of hours requests and trying to engage with multiple stakeholders throughout the chain to avoid the chain collapsing, which they did quite successfully!

I don’t think that any other Estate Agent would provide the level of service I received from Dan during the last few weeks of the sale. Berry & George are highly recommended!
