Rachelle Willhite was really great. Honest, responsive, knows her stuff, worked tirelessly for us. She helped us figure out what our priorities were and then made sure we stayed focused on them. She showed us new areas we hadn't considered and was supportive and pleasant. Rachelle knew how to navigate our crazy Seattle market and just what to do to make our offer the most appealing. She also had great contacts for all the home buying services like inspectors and mortgage people and she knew the wards and schools as well as the neighborhoods.
We probably won't be moving for a long while if ever, but we would use her again in a heartbeat and wish we had used her on the sale of our home as well. We will be happy to recommend her to others and already have. Thanks so much for finding her for us.

I came over to BCR from KW almost five months ago and it was the best decision I could have made. Rachelle and all of the staff are super helpful, supportive and willing to go the extra mile for their agents. This recommendation is long overdue. I must Best Choice Realty in Tukwila at least has the best agents Sheryl McLaren out there if you’re Selling or Buying. They had my house on the market for only maybe 5 days, if that before I had a offer. Unfortunately somethings happened to where there buyers pulled out of the deal & not even 2 days later we had another offer. Sheryl & company went the extra mile to put in the time & money out of her own pocket to make MY LIFE, better & for that I truly am Blessed! I’m sure for her & her team it was as Stress Free as my life? But, they kept me informed throughout the entire process & I do mean entire process. My house sold back in January/ February 2021 for over $130K, no thanks to the appraisal. Which again Sheryl & team addressed admittedly (let’s just say, he’s probably not appraising anymore homes) Sheryl & Team, Thank You for all you’ve done & continue to do to make people like myself. Life a lot more easier ❤️

After trying to sell our Covington, Washington house with a discount realtor in June, we took it off the market after one month and re-listed it in September with Randy Lehr of Best Choice Realty. The difference between realtors was night and day.
Our first realtor's strategy was to 'list the house at the price we suggested, wait for the right buyer and if unsuccessful, reduce the price'. That strategy only left us disappointed and frustrated. When I asked our first realtor if there was anything more she could be doing, she responded that she could not think of anything else to do. We had no showings, no bites, no offers and no hope of selling.
Randy's strategy on the other hand was to 'list the house at a fair market value based on comparable sales, show the house every weekend herself, coordinate other realtor showings with us (as required), use reverse lookup to contact realtors with buyer interest and work her tail off calling other realtors; both inside and outside of her network. In addition she posted flyers in local businesses and strategized with us about how to stage the house.
Within days of re-listing with Randy, we actually had several showings and that gave us hope. Ultimately, Randy's hard work and diligence paid off. Randy sold our house in a very difficult market and she did a fantastic job. We were very happy to have chosen Randy Lehr as our realtor and we know that she worked very hard in our be-half.

My family and I bought our first home from CANDY FRAZIER this July 2020. We are sooo grateful to have her as our Realtor/Broker She ALWAYS listened to our thoughts and readily addressed any concerns we had. Homebuyer beware! As a first time homebuyer ,we believed in our representative from Best Choice Realty (Guy Capabianco). We completely followed his instructions -only to be misled and tricked which led to our earnest money being stolen from us! The owner (Rachelle Whilhite)told us that this situation was “on her desk “ and that she would correct the situation that was created by her “used-car salesman “ representative through deceit-I foolishly believed in her also! She allowed the date for the earnest money to be returned lapse and then wouldnt reply to my message after three attempts.
