I'm happy with Best Management. Now SeaBreeze is a different story, I don't know who they are, I was unexpectedly directed to S.B. I was unaware of a few problems that needed attention, as I explained the situation, I was basically called a lier, definitely not treated as a Homeowner more like their tenant. I will be following up, hopefully with a more pleasant conclusion. A higher level of customer service will be appreciated.

Initially we dropped Best Management because of how much lack of progress when our building flooded due to the l January 2024s coldest temperature in Washington state. American family insurances rep stated that Best never even made any contact January, February and March. And no one even got any money to help them from the flood.

We finally dropped them in August, and accountants noticed that Best redirected or at the very least withheld money that would help the affected homes. They also underfunded us for years while raising rates. This undoubtedly will cause the residents, including myself extremely difficult times ahead.

Michelle, I implore you to right the wrongs your company did to us at Monohon. Or at least STOP these awful practices.

I live in Monohon and these people in Best are money grubbers. They take people's money and don't care of doing anything other than milking the residents.

We immediately ended our contract with them as soon as we found out.

Our association has gone through several "property management" companies over the past 20+ years. We have been through the wringer with incompetent companies, and their so called "property managers" to manage the 58 units in our complex. Expecting actual property management services seemed impossible at any price!

That is until, we hired Best Management! Tyler and Michelle have been great and provided us with a stellar property manager, Tony Kasunic.

Tony is professional, knowledgeable in property management, highly organized, promptly responds to all requests and is the epitome of excellent customer service!

Our HOA Board so appreciates finally having a management company and property manager with integrity and competency!

If you are seeking a professional property management company, look no further, you have arrived!

Please avoid this company. Our experience was terrible, characterized by poor responsiveness, undisclosed additional costs, and more. Moreover, when our building experienced a significant leak, they appropriated a portion of the insurance funds to settle questionable extra charges billed after we issued a termination notice.

This company runs our HOA. Normally I would give them three stars for average work. The rules in our neighborhood are not enforced. It looks shabby.

They did however, send someone out to get rid of this wasp’s nest which was right near the sidewalk. Lots of people were stung. This was worth an extra star’
