Great place with great people to do business with. They are a group of awesome people that help out with what you're looking for. Often they will have scratch and dent type items, where everything works but it's just not pretty or brand new looking. We've had a TV, entertainment center, Xbox, a dryer, and a couch from them and ever. It's also a place to check out of something breaks down and you need a quick replacement (like a dryer) but can't afford to make the big purchase all at once, they have very affordable prices and options.

Good respectful people! Very kind, & good! No pressure to buy but helpful if u do decide to get something. They will even move whatever u get like a washer or dryer for u if u move to another place. (I dont know if the holds true for long distance!)

They are not what they seem to be they messed my floor up in my house and they refuse to fix it . They expect me to still pay them for this no rug that I got but they won't fix my floor then Cody the manager he told me that they anit fixing it . They are so low down I would not recommend them at all . Hope this helps the ones that need to no before they screw anyone else over

I will not go back there after the staff and all was lying saying I was behind and putting stuff in my name without consent and now I have dnr on me from them bc of a conflict that never happened and I took the stuff back on my own and they want tell me what it was about when the payment was token off a week of 37 dollars so unprofessional and a bunch of liars expecailly ceara or however you spell her name

They overcharge for things, dont rent from them just go buy whatever it is your wanting because if you rent from them they charge 3X retail value and so it will take longer for you to even get to OWN whatever it is your wanting just saying, save your money up

Poor quality furniture for an outrageous price. If you get something ordered, good luck, both the table and dresser took 3-4 months to come in (while making payments). The dresser isn't the right style or color. Also they hound me every week calling 4-5 times while I'm at work. We have only been late once. When trying to get in contact with them no one knows what's going on and they always have to speak to someone else. Just over all poorly managed with employees who don't know what they are doing.

Since i wrote this review, the entire place has changed!! With the putting in people like Patrick Bean and others, it's now the BEST way to rent my things. Soooo happy I get to change my review and let people know this place has made me change how I feel about renting here ? I think these people may try, but in my experience it just doesn't come across. They are very condescending, and the only female associate there is pretty much the only person i want to deal with there. The male associates resort to "darlin'" and "ma'am" i get its considered polite, but comes across as condescending. If i didn't already have my stuff and very little time i would honestly go some place else. Definitely not a place i would recommend, at least not this particular store. Ive used Bestway before without a problem in other locations. Just not this one. My opinion only.....
