I CANNOT give Zina enough stars! She's not only made buying our first house as stress-free as possible, but she's also made it enjoyable! She's super easy to talk to and get a hold of. Zina misrepresented our real-estate deal, lied and walked away from us when she realized that there was nothing she could do. Our deal initially was 2 properties brokered, but one had an old house on it from 1920s and it required lead testing on the paint. The deal was to remove the property from the deal and we could buy it for 1 dollar after our deal closed. We'll the one dollar deal turned into $6600.00 So because that property was part of our agreement both agents agreed to put up 2500 each, so this could be completed and that's when Zina backed out and said we would have to get legal help if we wanted that property, and she walked.

Zina helped us find our home from across the state. Did running we couldn't, and worked around our schedule for whenever life allowed us to make the journey in person. Thank you.
Update.... We were buying 3 acres and Zina told us that to make sale go thru timely we needed to remove the half acre with the old homestead on it because appraisal for VA loan called out a lead abatement on it even though it was not primary residence and sellers didn't want to spend a dime. We were told that they would sell it to us for a dollar day after closing if we didn't lower our offer when redoing appraisal without it.
When we asked about the progress on it she had not kept up on it and when she inquired the sellers decided it was worth more . We didn't have more to give. Already spent 450000 on home alone.She convinced us to give the sellers more money by offering for both real estate agents (seller's agent felt badly of her clients action) chip in $ 2500 each that would leave us less than $5000 to come up with. So we signed papers. Asked for realtors to put their offer in writing(hard lesson learned) and only received one from sellers agent Then Zina tells us she didn't want to give them money and that sellers offer had expired. Later found out that it had fallen thru due to us not making down payment of $400 of which we were unaware. Zina told us they would not be able to sell it, they did and now we have remodeling work ongoing on center front of our property. We are wrapped around it in an U shape!
Zina, we told you we didn't want to buy this property with out that part, we did not want neighbors in front yard. Have also discovered that eleven feet inside what we believed was our fence on side property line is not ours either. So much for fenced in yard. Two lots not mine reside in it too! But she got paid , and we are left with large note and sellers have money for lawyers that we paid them and we cannot afford.
Even though she didn't want to give them money she did try to purchase it by herself to resell to us on payment plan. Funny huh? We are not laughing. Today marks one year since closing.
