I just had the pleasure of working with Jennifer and cannot recommend her enough. My family was facing the very stressful process of selling and buying at the same time in order to move out of state. I interviewed three different realtors and chose Jennifer primarily because of how much more confident and relaxed she was about helping us with this entire sale process. While other agents were telling me I needed to do a ton of updates, move out entirely before showings, and be prepared to rent another house or pay a lot to rent back our own home while we juggled the move (with small children and pets), Jennifer was sure that with just a little prep work we could successfully sell while still in the house. And she was right! We ended up with 8 showings and multiple offers before we even hit the market — we didn’t even need to do an open house! In the end we sold over list and had a free rent back period to boot. And when any questions or concerns came up any time along the way, she was always available to help. This was such a huge load off for us so we could focus on making the move as easy as possible for our kids. You can definitely trust Jennifer to help sell your home. Can't recommend Jen highly enough, especially if you're looking to buy in the Clayton area. Jen totally embedded into the area, can reference comparable listings (on and off market!) from memory, and is not only plugged into both what's currently on the market, but might be listing soon. She took the time to understand what our family wanted from a home in the area, and then went out and found multiple listings for us to visit and review. She's realistic on price expectations, and will be honest about the strength of any offer you want to put down. Additionally, during negotiations, Jen fought for our interests, and always presented multiple ways to approach any situation that came up.

Above all else, Jen had what *we* wanted in mind throughout the entire process. She never pressured us to do anything just to complete a sale, and wanted us to be happy with our purchase first and foremost (which we are still!). She's super responsive and always treated us like the only client she has.

Since we've moved in, we've reached out to Jen a few times with random questions, and she's always just as responsive as when we were an active client of hers. We don't plan on selling this house, but if we do, Jen will the only person we call!
