Wiltshire Kingsley Regency:
Management put this deranged aggressive lunatic right in front of my apartment, even though there are many other empty apartments. She has been harassing my family DAILY for months now. Cursing at us, yelling racist slurs, smashing things and loudly banging on her door whenever we go in and out. She has been stalking us from her apartment. She slams her door so loud that our whole apartment shakes. We have reported this and asked for help from management countless times but they have not taken a single action, and haven’t even asked her to stop. It has been months of this nightmare. Despite being respectful ideal tenants on our part we have not received any help from management, partly because we are not Korean. This crazy woman is extremely loud with her doors and banging things in all hour of the day. After many complaints about the noise the manager hasn’t even bothered to talk to her about it. Lazy management company. We are evaluating our legal options. I blame the management for tolerating and encouraging this kind of ugly behavior. It has robbed us of our peace and a sense of safety at our home. We are always scared thinking she might attack us as she has confronted us in the hallway and said she wanted to fight us. Management has been alerted of everything but has refused to take any steps to solve this situation. After months of requests for help, management have taken zero steps. They ignore emails and calls for help. The management is completely useless. They operate like slumlords. Do not rent from them. They rent to crackheads and criminals and make life miserable for regular people with families.

As a tenant, my experience with the property management team has been disappointing, primarily due to their lack of attention to customer service and maintenance issues. Despite numerous attempts to address concerns, the level of responsiveness and quality of service have consistently fallen short of expectations.

From the onset, communication with the property management team has been challenging. Requests for maintenance or repairs often go unanswered for extended periods, leaving tenants frustrated and inconvenienced. It's disheartening to feel like our concerns are being ignored or downplayed.

Moreover, when maintenance issues are addressed, the solutions provided are often temporary fixes rather than long-term resolutions. This results in recurring problems and a sense of frustration among tenants who expect their living conditions to be adequately maintained.

In addition to maintenance shortcomings, the lack of proactive communication and follow-up exacerbates the problem. Tenants are left in the dark regarding the status of their requests, leading to uncertainty and dissatisfaction with the level of service provided.

Overall, the property management's failure to prioritize customer service and maintenance reflects poorly on their commitment to tenant satisfaction. Improved communication, timely responses to maintenance requests, and a proactive approach to addressing issues are essential steps that need to be taken to enhance the tenant experience. Until these improvements are made, it's challenging to recommend this property management company to others.

I live at the property on Hoover. And I have to say if you value your property or your safety in general, DO NOT rent here. My packages have been stolen several times and the security cameras do not work. I had asked for the cameras to be fixed twice and each time it was an excuse. I tried to reach out to management but they just gave me an email info email. I don’t even have a legitimate person to email or contact. So who am I supposed to be reaching out to for this? I don’t feel safe here anymore. Which is a shame because I used to. I will be looking to relocate IMMEDIATELY.

I, as a perspective future tenant I've run into reoccurring issue with the property manager I have one of the properties that is located on Mariposa Avenue in regards to this company. He constantly follows me to my friends place and then accuses me of vandalism and littering. Basically is harassing me when I visit a friend of mine. I feel targeted and I don't like that feeling just so you can know.

No one is answering my email, I am posting this here fir their review:

to whom it may concern,

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to seek urgent clarification and assistance regarding a significant discrepancy in the terms of my lease agreement for my residence at 2230 S Beverly Glen Blvd, Los Angeles, Apt 306.

Upon beginning my tenancy on September 1st, 2023, I was assured by the building manager, Marlin, that my monthly rent of $2,899.40 included a parking space. This was a key factor in my decision to rent this property. However, after three months of residence, I was informed that I must pay an additional $100 for parking, and that my original lease did not include a parking space.

This sudden change is not only surprising but also contradicts the initial verbal agreement and the terms discussed at the signing of the lease. The manager indicated at the time of lease signing that the specific parking slot number would be assigned later due to administrative reasons. Recently, I have discovered that the lease document has been manually altered to indicate that no parking was allocated to me, which starkly contrasts with our original agreement.

Furthermore, despite repeated requests, I have not been provided a copy of my lease agreement. This situation has left me in a precarious position, especially with the recent threat of eviction should I fail to pay the additional fee.

To support my claim, I have voicemail records from Marlin that explicitly state that a parking space was included in my rent of $2,899. I was under the impression that my lease agreement reflected the same.

Given these circumstances, I respectfully request your immediate intervention to resolve this matter. I seek clarification on the following points:

Confirmation of the original terms of my lease, specifically regarding the inclusion of a parking space in my monthly rent.
An official copy of my lease agreement was signed at the commencement of my tenancy.

Guidance on how to proceed with the discrepancy in the lease terms and the additional fee being imposed.
Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated, as it is causing considerable distress and inconvenience. I look forward to a resolution that upholds the integrity of our original agreement and ensures fair treatment.

Thank you for your understanding and assistance.

Sincerely,

I would give this company a negative 10 stars if I could. DO NOT RENT WITH BEVERLY HILLS PROPERTIES!
I was subjected to mold and the inside Mgr did nothing to remedy my complaints of the smell. I contacted the higher up office all you get is the runaround and an email to complain to.

DO NOT SIGN A LEASE HERE Not a Kosher Business running here!!! My mom signed a lease at 1475 S. Beverly Drive, 90035 5 months ago and she has become disabled. We asked to end lease as she cannot get in and out of the building due to her disability now, is in a wheelchair and has no use of her right arm and leg. The manager Konstantine refuses to allow contact with the landlord and says that we are responsible for the remaining months of rent and will not put anything in writing and the lanlord also will not contact us. Konstantine only provides verbal notices and nothing in writing. Donald Sterling is the owner of Beverly Hills properties. Shame on you Donald Sterling for running a corrupt business along with Justin Sterling who overseas this property.

Terrible company. They don't respond to emails or phone calls. They keep the main supervisor's name and information secret. Force you to deal with an abusive on-site manager who consistently yells at you and says derogatory things to you for no reason. He retaliates if you assert your legal rights as a tenant. He takes away your parking space for no reason, although you pay for it monthly. Allowed a homeless man to live on the property for years.
