We lived in countryside apartments in Union Grove, honestly one of the best apartments iv ever lived in, super affordable and got most of our security deposit back. Got charged for damages we had accidentally made so completely understandable. Angie was quick and responsive and awesome to work with. Will miss this place. Highly recommend!

I rented an apartment in Kenosha, Wisconsin, and B&H Group took charge. They inspected my apartment for three consecutive months. They were very rude to me. They rented the bottom apartment to two other persons that smoked, turned off the water, they turned off the heater in the very crude winter, all in the basement. I had no choice to move out, due to these situations because the Management never did anything about it. I moved to another state, but they still damaged my rent records, and my credit was affected adversly. I will never recommend B&H Group as a renter Group. They treat people with discrimination.

This people are the worst tenants that I ever had. Do yourself a favor and rent somewhere else. They kept almost the entire security deposit. They charge me for a storage unit that we never used. They charged me for damage to the unit that never occurred and when I asked the lady about the overcharging she was like email this person I am not responsible for the charges. I have photographs of the unit when we left and she wouldn’t want to see them.

I rented from this company. They were good about repairs and coming quickly and effectively. Their repair and pay portals were convenient and simple. Their process for admittance seemed strict but fair. I had some electric bill that was due before renting with them. I cleared it up sent the receipt to them. Paid my bills on time. This is a company with a large list of clients and they have strict rules that are set in place long before any issue comes up. My suggestion is to actually read the paperwork you sign because its not 10 pages long for no reason.

the staff is great, the maintenance man is a warm person he was in our apartment several times and respectful of our furniture and flooring. Thanks BH.

We've lived in Countryside Apartments for about 5 years. Maintenance and office staff are friendly and responsive. My husband and I are both handicapped. There is always a helping hand close by when we need it. Thanks for everything you do!

I put in a maintenance request online on Sunday morning at 10am and they responded to me within 20 minutes and had someone here within an hour to fix the issue. The gentlemen who came was very polite and kind and he fixed my sink quickly. Also, the people in the office were super helpful and kind when I rented the place. My apartment is really clean and in great shape. The kitchen and the bathroom are both especially nice. I'm a really happy tenant! 🙂
