She also visits the property for regular inspections and she is complete communication with the renters. She also produces a lot of data for the owner which is critical for tax season. She is a partner to the owners. Everything is done consultation and recommendations. She let's me know what I am legally obliged to do and what would be good to make sure that great tenants feel comfortable. If you have a passive or mediocre property manager--dump them now. Bianca is top notch. I never ever worry about our property. I know that Bianca cares and watches over the house as if it were me.
