Maintenance doesn't fix anything. Property is not kept clean. Laundry rooms are disgustingly dirty. Dog poop in the hallways and elevator. Trash throughout the building. Management locks themselves in the office and refuses to speak with you unless it's about money.

The apartments are very spacious and are very nice for the price you pay monthly. But the walls are paper THIN you hear everything(that's probably why it's a smoke free property). My neighbor above me walks heavy and vacuums all day and night. I can hear when she comes and when she goes which is never. This make me anxious about myself and makes me ask is the price worth the lack of privacy and all the noise.

I have been living here since October 2022. Nice apartments.People are friendly but they don’t keep it clean out here. The tenants throw trash anywhere and keep the halls trashy ,My neighbors that live above me are always keeping me up. They are up in the wee hours of the morning, early morning and night. Bumping, fighting , moving furniture and I get no sleep. It is a constant and no matter if I call the police at 3 am or let the Rent office know nothing changes. I am constantly woken up during the night and before my alarm clock goes off at 6 am. I come home and come 5 pm they start all over again. I have NOT had a restful night of sleep in 7 months and I am tired. It has been so bad that I have gotten up at 4am and slept in my car twice.I like living here, the apartments are nice but I can’t take much more of my neighbors.

Nothing much has changed!!!!
They don't do ANYTHING at all they tell the residents they have to not only pay top dollar for their apartment but that they SHOULD BE THE ONES cleaning up around the complex but still paying the same amount for rent and they have a so called maintenance person to do these things so it doesn't make sense THE BUILDING IS NOT LOWERING THE RENT they are making matters worse for the people that live there that are handicap the elevator NEVER WORKS FOR MORE THEN 2 HOURS AND THEN IS BROKEN AND OUT OF USE FOR 2 SOMETIMES 4 MONTHS people throw garbage everywhere broken busted cars ROACHES littered all over the second floor place is covered in mold so they call it "Organic growth" so if you get sick you basically can't do anything listen hears the scoop the place isn't good facts people aren't nice there 100% true
