DONT LIVE HERE! Lived at the Bonduel location. They didn’t have any blinds on the windows, and promised new carpets, and promised to fix the broken door that was all done from previous tenants. When we left we received a letter stating we owed them $3,000 to fix all of the damages from the PREVIOUS tenants. All of the things we asked them to fix before we even moved in, they were now accusing us of doing. Always take pictures before moving in because this company straight up LIED

We had an even worse experience when moving out. Despite thoroughly cleaning the unit during both our move-in and move-out, we did not receive a single cent of our security deposit back. The management claimed the kitchen cabinets and appliances were not clean enough, despite us leaving everything in far better condition than when we moved in four years earlier. For instance, we had to line the cabinets with towels because they were unusable—a problem management refused to address throughout our entire tenancy. Yet, we were still charged for their condition upon move-out.

This is my first negative review, as I typically focus on the positives. However, if you are considering renting from Bieck Management, beware: you might not see your deposit returned and could face additional fees, as we did. They will always find a way to con you.

To add insult to injury, management attempted to charge us for our own blinds, falsely claiming they needed replacement. When we pointed this out, they changed their reasoning and charged us $100 for leaving them behind, despite initially stating they required replacement due to damage. We left the blinds because our new apartment came with new ones, and we wanted to avoid damaging the walls during removal, assuming they would be discarded during the turnover process for the next tenant. Instead, they still charged us $100. All of this is documented through the emails exchanged during our unsuccessful dispute.

In the end, we were forced to pay an extra $200 to avoid collections. With no leverage, we did not want to risk our credit score over this dispute. Along with losing our deposit, we had to pay this additional amount. Sadly, this was our experience with Bieck Management. Good luck if you decide to rent from them.

I love my apartment complex because it's exceptionally kept and we also have a speedy maintenance team who gets all things fixed within 48 hours! The rent is fair considering the prices in my surroundings. I will not move until I can afford a home of my own! I appreciate the management company in Milwaukee and my property manager for their professionalism while dealing with me!

If you live in an apartment building managed by Bieck, don't get packages delivered there. Our building has had a major package theft problem for a several months. The first response was that they wpuld "try" to check the cameras. No follow up. When I contacted them again when the problem continued to get worse, I was simply ghosted.

At least they're reasonably responsive to most maintenance requests, which is more than can be said for most professional landlords, I guess.

From my experience, they aren't slumlords, but they've got plenty of room for improvement.

If I could do 0 stars for this place I would. Do not rent from this place!! Heather Fiala from the get go spoke to me as if it was a chore. I asked her about a vacant apartment that was posted and she told me she can not take any applications until November. I told her I worked in the area and I would really love that place. Heather asked in a disgusted tone “you don’t even want to see it first?” I said yes of course but I would like to start the process before others do. Heather then stated “we can start the application but I will not be able to show it to anyone until I get enough applications” as if me being interested was not enough. (She also never even ran my application because I have 0 notifications of anyone checking my credit). Today Heather sends me a email stating that the apartment has since been filled and an “good luck on your apartment search” to conclude the email as if she has no interest in helping me find another place. Over all I am very disappointed because I was money ready, ready to move whenever I was approved. A simple, there are others interested would’ve been great. I will no longer do any business with this company and I will let others know of my experience… 0/10 I do NOT recommend.

Great place to live at. People were nice and the building was always clean and smelling good. The best part of living at the 2505 N Frederick Ave apartment was Rene, who is the landlord. Rene was always helpful, nice and kind. Every time I needed anything to get fixed or even if I had any concerns, I knew I could contact Rene and he would help me right away. This place is a great place to live at and would 100% recommend it. Bieck Management Inc is a really good company to be with. If you decide to rent with Bieck Management Inc, make sure Rene is your landlord and you won’t regret it!

While I never rented from this company, I did apply to rent a property from them. I paid the fee and waited what seemed like too long of a wait for them to be getting back to me. When I reached out asking for an update as I had never even gotten confirmation that my application was being looked at, I was very shortly told that the property I had applied for had been rented out, weeks after I had applied and expected some kind of response back. Not mad that I didn’t get the unit, just amazed at the lack of communication when I had to pay an application fee. It felt dirty to me.
