This company is a waste of time. Tried to purchase a home that was listed with Chris Haith. We had a signed contract and ready to move forward. No call back from the realtor on several occasions. California Realtor Board and Better Business Bureau have been contacted.

I’ve never reached out to this company ever. And yet I’ve gotten probably half a dozen calls from them. At first I was polite and asked them not to call me any more. This last time I was less polite. I’m wondering if I can file a harassment claim against them. I shouldn’t have to when I’ve never reached out to them. Based on the other reviews I’ve read here and my own experience with them I will never do business with them ever. They’re so bad they lost a customer before I could even be a customer. Avoid them at all cost

No request was too big or too small for her to try to help us find vendors. It was also very encouraging that all the vendors we dealt with had such high praise for Jasmine and her team as well.

When we identified a home that we were interested in, Jasmine was quick to arrange a tour, stayed in contact with the seller's agent, provided a comprehensive report with comparables, and also helped with negotiation. She always managed to strike the perfect balance between having the tough conversations to deliver results and also still maintain relationships.

When the mortgage lender we had expected to receive financing from fell through, she was able to connect us with a brokerage that would work with us and a broker that had a similar work ethic to hers. Through all of these experiences and the time it took to finally close, Jasmine always provided updates, showed a keen interest in our family and how we were doing, and often provided much-needed levity with her good humor.

I would highly and unreservedly recommend Jasmine Sunkara to anyone looking to buy a property.
