Had Nicki Estes as our agent for a commercial property in Mesick, that dealt with the liquor control board. Well outside of Irons.
Didn't matter for her. She was on the spot!!

Very responsive and handled quiet a few bank dealings and changes that can happen during a purchase like that. Dealing with the state of Michigan on top of the traditional purchasing process took extra effort for everyone.

Went very well. All with the added hassle of Covid delays that were in every aspect of our daily lives.
