I had 5 generations of boxes in 9 buildings of organized hoarding …..is what I called it….and it all had to be gone through to ready my moms home and property ready to sell after her death…Julia helped me every step of the way….it took me 10 months to get my moms estate to where I could put the house up for sell….i kept Julia up-to-date and she was very supportive….she had answers for every question or concern I had….once I was ready……
Julia went to work ….. with pictures advertising social Media videos drones FaceBook and the MLS….and probably some things I missed….she has a routine that was spot on….open home finally came and by the last day not only did we get full Price but with everyone working together coordinated by Julia …we closed in 23 days….

Process…..so my time was split when ever I couldn’t be somewhere she was there …..if I couldn't sign something In Person She emailed/doxusigned it to me…..she made things so easy for me…it was the best experience I had every had with an agent and the process…
