First time car buyer. From start to finish, a relaxed and satisfying experience. Not sure if it is appropriate to name names here, but the individuals who guided me through the process deserve recognition and referrals-to.

Starting evening prior, Jenna, with good humor and infinite patience, led me through online car comparisons as well as price+taxes to help me know totals prior to purchase.

Jenna set up next-day appointment with David. He caught me up to 21st Century technology before and during the test drive of a 2025 Maverick pick-up truck. Despite 30 years age difference, David adapted to the ignorance and slow pace of an elder person. I never once felt rushed, pushed, hurried or pressured.

Leon took me though the options and final paperwork process of purchasing the chosen vehicle. His kindness and consideration deserve special note. It did take three and 1/4 hours from start to finish. By the time I ended up with Leon I was hungry and eager to finish. He must have guessed and provided me with food! That got me through and with great pleasure I drove off in my new Ford.

Again, I never felt pressured or maneuvered into paying more than my budget allowed for. All persons involved treated me with respect and answered my questions and concerns in ways that elicited trust and confidence in my own choices. I recommend this dealership and specifically Jenna, David and Leon.
